How is the price worked out?
By the package size and the distance: lower within one island, higher across the bridge. You see the price when you order. No measuring: our team confirms it before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to Bank of Maldives or Maldives Islamic Bank, after delivery or upfront. Upload the slip and we verify it, usually in about 30 minutes.
How long does a delivery take?
Usually within 60 to 90 minutes in Malé and Hulhumalé. Express jumps the queue; an advance order books a set day and time.
Do you deliver to the airport and other islands?
Yes. We hand it to a resort counter at Velana Airport, to a boat, ferry or speedboat at the jetty, or to the Maldivian Cargo counter at the main bus terminal. Villimalé is by ferry. Airport and cargo deliveries carry a small extra fee, shown when you order.
Can you collect a Redbox, Pikpost or courier parcel?
Yes. Choose Postal & courier and add the collection code or tracking number. For DHL, upload the collection document.
What don't you carry?
We don't carry items prohibited under Maldives law or cash. Fragile items travel at the sender's risk unless they are boxed.
